The recommended pad mount tie down kits for the new Rheem platform condensing units are the RRCUTDSMK and the RRCUTDLK from Miami Tech (MTI). These kits meet Florida Wind Load requirements with four brackets and one Tap-con into the pad per tie down and also include stainless steel screws to secure to the unit.
