The KSIM multi-zone unit inverter technology allows each system to adjust capacity and cooling output to provide only the amount of cooling needed at a given time. To achieve the energy savings, the compressor runs at low speed, and increases the rpm when necessary depending on the demand, reducing the temperature fluctuations, and avoiding the on/off cycling of the compressor. The zoning capability of up to four indoor units installed in separate rooms, so each one can be set with the comfort settings selected by the room occupant.

Since humidity is a major factor for comfort, in the summer, Klimaire DC INVERTER – driven variable speed compressor reduces capacity to match lighter loads increasing the run time to remove moisture and reduce relative humidity resulting in improved comfort, and during the Winter, Klimaire air conditioning and heat pump systems are able to maintain capacity and deliver hotter supply air even at low outdoor ambient conditions by increasing the speed of the compressor.
