Complete your cooling and heating split system with the Goodman MBR1600AA-1 air handler from the MBR family. The multi-speed unit delivers an airflow of 1600 CFM when models with higher output are also available. The direct drive PSC blower motor ensures effective air circulation. The installation in either horizontal or vertical configurations enabled by a multi-position feature.

In pair with the proper outdoor unit this Goodman air handler provides a quiet and also economical operation for years to come. Due to a modular nature of the model it is easily integrated in any system. The air handler is intended for the use with mainly CAPF/CHPF cased evaporator coils. For longevity and durability of operation the cabinet of the unit is made of galvanized steel.

The MBR line of air handlers have a blower section that can be used as an electric furnace. With the relevant electric heat kit, this model is easily turned into an electric heater. For cabinet condensation reduction the entire blower case is covered with foil-faced insulation. Moreover the unit is 21" deep for easy attic access and maintenance.
